Marc Esposito, MSW has ten years working as an independent support services professional, specializing in Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Down syndrome, Emotional Disturbances, Post Traumatic Brain Injuries, Intellectual Disabilities, and more as well as training families and professionals to assist in clients’ growth. ABOUT ME

With over a decade of experience as a teacher, coach, teacher’s aide, and direct support professional, Marc Esposito, MSW has the ability to assist you in developing your success plan.

Marc began his journey to creating Steppingstone 2 Milestone when he graduated from Queens College with a dual Masters degree in General and Special Education. While in the program, Marc’s dedication to adaptable education for all was recognized when he was selected to attend a program in Beijing, China and assigned to work at a school for children with disabilities.

Through this experience, Marc was able to work with a diverse array of individuals and train local educators in evidence-based practices to assist students in their education. Marc took the initiative to present seminars to parents and professionals alike, create a database of resources for schools, and educate staff on how to collect, organize, and implement relevant educational materials.

This experience solidified Marc’s passion and drive to devote his career to helping people with special needs gain the necessary skills to achieve a fulfilling life while refining his creative and innovative approach to problem solving with his clients.

Since graduating with honors in 2018, Marc has worked with the NYC Board of Education for several years and has filled several educational and instructional roles to support individuals with special needs. He eventually left the classroom to focus on individual coaching while obtaining his Masters of Social Work from Stony Brook University in 2024, where he once again graduated with honors.

Every step of his journey has cumulated into growing Steppingstone 2 Milestone into the business you need to support yourself, your profession, or a loved one in your life.
